TOCC Project – Digital innovation for culture
A digital journey through culture
Audioguides, images, accessibility and advanced technologies to enhance cultural heritage

The aim of the project is to make cultural and environmental heritage more accessible and engaging. Through innovative multimedia content, inclusive design and advanced technologies, a digital ecosystem has been created that combines storytelling, images and interactivity.
Multimedia content to discover the territory
We have created texts, images, videos and audioguides to present cultural and natural heritage in a clear and engaging way. Each piece of content has been validated through historical and scientific sources, combining quality and reliability. Visitors can discover not only information, but real stories that inspire emotion.
A simple and inclusive interface
The platform has been designed to be easy for everyone to use: young people, older adults, people with visual or cognitive disabilities.
Clear graphics, intuitive controls and fast navigation make the experience immediate. We followed the principles of universal accessibility, so every piece of content can be accessed on smartphones, tablets and computers.
Augmented and Virtual Reality
With Augmented Reality, users can frame a monument and see historical reconstructions, hidden details or additional information.
With Virtual Reality, instead, it is possible to immerse oneself in places that can no longer be visited today or are difficult to reach, such as archaeological sites, historical landscapes or protected areas.
A new and engaging way to experience culture and the environment.
The soundscape
We enriched the audioguides with realistic environmental sounds: wind, footsteps, water, birdsong.
These “soundscapes” make the visit more immersive and emotional. They are also designed for children and for people with special educational needs, because they help users better understand and remember the content.
Secure and continuously updated software
The platform is an evolution of the Fenicio© system. It is not just a digital showcase: it is an interactive ecosystem.
- It works in the cloud, so content is always up to date.
- It is optimized for smartphones and tablets.
- It provides organizations with a monitoring dashboard to analyze usage data.
- It integrates advanced security systems to protect data.
- It connects easily with other territorial platforms.
