The Big Wave provides two collaboration spaces in Sardinia: a historic 17th-century building in the centre of Cagliari and an operational office within the Science and Technology Park of Sardinia. Flexible, technologically equipped spaces designed for those who work in innovation.

Activities organized by The Big Wave

The Big Wave also uses the spaces to directly organize activities open to the local area, with particular attention to:

• Dissemination and demos of latest-generation technologies (AR, VR, Digital Twin, AI) aimed at cultural operators, museums, public bodies and creative businesses;
• Training sessions on digital accessibility and inclusive design (target: Public Administration, schools, social cooperatives);
• Presentations of the Fenicio® platform for municipalities, museums and cultural sites in Sardinia;
• Practical workshops for innovative startups on the digitalization of cultural and environmental heritage;
• Networking meetings with the company’s Scientific Committee (historians, naturalists) and with the network of university and research partners (University of Cagliari, CNR-ISEM, IRIFOR).

Rates and terms of use

The rates shown below refer to the Cagliari office (historic building, Via Lamarmora 75). The spaces are available for rental to third parties (companies, professionals, public bodies, associations, startups) for meetings, conferences, training events, workshops, cultural events and coworking activities. The spaces at the Pula office are used for activities organized by The Big Wave with schools, companies and public bodies.

The rates are indicative and may vary depending on duration, number of participants, type of setup required and the nature of the requesting party (discounted rates for startups, non-profit organizations, schools and cultural associations). For events organized by The Big Wave, use of the spaces is included in the organization of the event
